Peter Lucas Laizer is a highly experienced geoscientist and exploration leader with over 15 years of expertise in mineral exploration, geophysics, hydrocarbon studies, and groundwater investigation across Africa. As the Chief Executive Officer, he brings a powerful combination of technical excellence, strategic leadership, and research-driven innovation to the company’s operations and long-term vision.
2. Professional Experience
Throughout his career, Peter has led complex exploration and subsurface investigation projects in Tanzania and internationally, including major groundwater exploration initiatives for the East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline Project and mineral exploration programs across diverse geological terrains in Africa. His extensive experience spans geological mapping, geophysical interpretation, resource evaluation, and project management for both public and private sector institutions.
3. Research & Technical Expertise
Before assuming executive leadership, Peter served in senior technical roles at MineExplo Company Limited and the Geological Survey of Tanzania, where he managed large-scale geological and airborne geophysical projects. His work has contributed significantly to advancing sustainable resource exploration and informed decision-making within the mining and energy sectors.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Geology at the University of Dar es Salaam, Peter is also an active researcher with several peer-reviewed publications focusing on gold mineralization and geophysical characterization in Tanzania’s Greenstone Belts.
